no probs with pit girls they are just walking adverts as per david becham in his Calvin clines and to be honest theres not a huge amount of ******s learing at them

But the 'glamour stars' they used at the NEC last year on the custom bikes were wrong all they did was play to the pervs

(and i wouldn't have wanted to clean the crome on those after they had done thier show)

They can....

You try training a womens rugby team, then have 3 beefy girls jump on you, squeezing nipples, grabbing your balls........ 3 of us blokes didn't have a chance... But when we turned round and ran at them properly... Litterally walked straight over the top of them (well ran...). Soon as our shoulders dropper properly... BOOM, wipeout.... (our girl rugby team were proper beefcakes  )

I went down, bundle ensued......

But could they? No..... Fact...

Does it just boil down to boys are encouraged and girls aren't?

Sexist I know but even in these days of equality there are still many things that are kept apart.

Risk taking has always been a "male" area even in the simple things in life - to climb a tree or not. Theres always an exception to a rule and that girl would go on to try and break in to the male dominated areas - a tomboy!

Do those fathers who race instinctively want to protect their females from risk ?

I could go on as to the many reasons why females will not break into the elite racing fraternity - see F1

Maybe someone needs to stick their neck out and have female only racing to see how many females are actually interested in the competive side of the sport.

There will always be the watchers, the doers and the why doesnt this happen regardless of the sport

It seems it will be one of those questions that fit the same ilk as the answer to life , the universe and everything.

Not in the lower classes they don't ....

I believe you mean Lisa Ross, a very good friend of mine who spent a lot of time and effort trying to get sponsorship form anyone and everyone with very limited success even though she consitantly won races or took 2nd place at her level. A young lad at the time had no problems getting sponsorship from the same places Lisa had tried but never been on the podium before.
