Does this (in practice) extend to all prenups generally being ignored then, or is it more to deal with those which are akin to "unfair contracts" where one party has clearly attempted to stitched the other up?
As to it undermining the idea of marriage, I have to say I disagree, I don't see why the marital vows (sharing everything 50:50) shouldn't cease to exist the moment the marriage ends? :-s
(Before I get flamed, as I said in the other post, I'm actually the one who'd benefit most from this in my relationship, I only oppose it on moral grounds...)
