A visit to the local theater last night for a Christmas Themed local talent show for charity.
A lovely evening of music, comedy, dance and singing.
(The Mrs starring in a comedy skit)
Every seat was filled with chairs sit out in the isles to accomodate the crowd.
Some of the local talent was amazing.

I've been making cappuccino cupcakes, the icing contains Coffee Bailey's and even though I'm not allowed to drink this weekend I did lick the bowl out and the spoon.

I think Father Christmas blacklisted me a long time ago.

Mine today is the text from my sister in law. I told my nephew I'd posted his letter to Father Christmas and yesterday the NSPCC letter I arranged in reply (see my other thread) arrived. He was really excited, especially as Father Christmas mentioned in his reply Luke playing nicely with his sister Evie, that he knows Luke likes playing with his cars and that he's just started a new school. Nothing gets past the fat beardy bloke! He knows what you've been up to.

It made me smile when I realised that the new cooker I've bought us going to be delivered on the wife's birthday and I need to buy new pans too.
Her family are going to have things to say about that!!

Bloody induction hobs. When we had a new kitchen installed last year, she insisted on an induction hob instead of a gas hob. I had to throw away all my favourite pots & pans because they were aluminium and wouldn't work on the new hob.

Got a good deal on it, we only need 2 new pans and a frying pan and that will do. I prices the pans into the whole thing and it still works out well. One of the old pans is awful too.

Not sure how I'm going to melt the waterproofing for my boots now though!
