Thanks again to everyone, and to whoever amended the title.

I was deliberately trying to obfuscate this, I wasn't badly hurt, just knocked about a bit, but wanted to put something up, the actual "Soulkiss Down" thread went in the Soho Massive section, pointing at this.

Should hear today about what my temp hire bike is.

I was given a CBF1000 loaner when my bike was off the road ... wasn't bad but wasn't exactly the most exciting bike to ride either. When the tax ran out I begged and pleaded to be loaned a CBR600RR, but they said their demo model of that was already out on loan :( so they gave me a new Hornet (the '07 one) instead - which wasn't actually a bad bike - except it was naked and the wind-blast was a pain in the neck (literally).

Hope they give ya something nice Soulkiss ;-)

Well there have been a few phone calls, including a conference one with the DVLA, but I should be getting a loan bike delivered to me in the near future, just waiting on them contacting me.

Now the interesting part, aparently the loaner will be of "Similar Specification and Status" of my SV.

Just wondering whats coming my way :)

Fazer? CBF600? ER6? Another SV even?

If you're lucky you'll get a ss600, but as these are more expensive to hire, its hardly mitigating your losses.
