what a journey home me and Tim had

over shap it was howling and windy blowing us across 2 lanes- had to do 40 mile an hour in the inside lane-

helmet kept gettin blown up and side to side- was real real scary ..

stopped at possibly the most expensive motorway services IN THE WORLD

thanks to all for your support after my off- my nerves are a little shot to say the least- damage does not seem as bad as first thought- and my girlfriend came round so I told her about the off and she cried- awww but she happy I told her and not lied.

aching like mad now and still think might pop over the hospital just to get checked out. i might have damaged me brains !!!

was an ce weekend and I still stand by my best 40 minutes of biking ever statement

cheers all..

Many thanks for a fantastic weekend - learnt a lot including a bit about riding.
Where's that wrestling thread? feel as if I've done a few rounds with each & every one of them!
Apologies for slowness after Hartside claim I couldn't see, but that didn't slow me down quite so much on Saturday
Thank you one & all! :D

Well I couldn't have gone any quicker myself pX, and I think you win the Iron man award for riding a naked in those conditions.

Sorry to here that Mark. :(. Thing is, Stu and ourselvers saw a waterproof lying in the road on the way up to Hartside IIRC. Pound to a penny it was yours. Wish we'd stopped to pick it up now.

Thanks for everything this weekend mate.:notworthy::notworthy:

Didn't Addicted say he'd seen one when we were at Hartside?
If we'd known we would have ridden back for it.
Saw one just a bit after photo shoot at your summer residence, but it looked abit grubby so never thought.Apologies

So that was rust in my keks?
That's a relief
I think the daft bugger award is more appropriate
I'm off to bed

awh sorry mate, at the time I thought it could have been yours & then thought there was no way it could fall out of your top box which looked closed. Bugger!

It's a really good job we don't have an intercom! All Pete would have heard the whole way home would have been 'F*****g wind. Oh F**k. F*****g Hell. F**k F**k F**k' By the time we got back I had a sore neck and a banging headache caused by the constant buffeting. I felt like Mike Tyson had been using me as a punch-bag:D
