That is no excuse. If he cannot do his job in work time, then he is incompetent and putting his health and well being at risk by over working.

He needs to learn to relax, take time for himself. and most importantly PLAY OUT WITH THE BIG BOYS and the nice girlies like K and e.d. .

slightly off topic, but i got a letter from my solicitor today, after the accident on the N/S the other driver has a whitness statement saying i was doing at least 50mph

No way Hovis mate. On that bend/bridge 50mph would have left you with serious injuries. I was following immediately behind you and there is no way you were doing that speed.

Re: Have I missed something

i know.

cant see me getting up & riding off after a 50mph crash.

the witness "by chance" met up with the black merc owner in kirby just after the accident.

B*ll*x.

Liz was pretty much stopped dead, as I had I.. if you were doing 50mph you'd have hit the back of my bike and pushed me into the car behind the one you hit and we'd both have been in serious trouble.

I wander if the witness is the same guy that ranted at me about "you were all speeding"

i think it is....... as you are refered to as " a tall guy" that said , "no harm done"

the woman that gave the statement said the merc followed her onto the bridge, this is not how i remember it......... the only traffic on the bridge when i got there was liz & fizz, then the merc came on
