Yellow Jersey Holder

Thought as it seems like we are now keeping a 'virtual' yellow jersey we might have a thread to keep track and we can sign it off... So here you go, the jersey -

Re: Yellow Jersey Holder

Am ordering the t-shirt now - will wear it as a reminder to all not to crash for as long as i am the holder - it's a bit of fun but with a serious message .... "don't do it again"

I hope it wont be taken as being bad taste - i think its more a sign of the kinship we all share as bikers and as friends in the "massive"

and it's your duty to deliver it to the next 'winner'! (Hoping that's not going to be for a VERY long time)

I'm actually really glad we've got an actual shirt.

Doesn't mean I'm planning on wearing it anytime soon tho...

Will people be crashing on purpose just to get some shirt time?

not me - they said on GMTV today that yellow looks best on blondes. you'll need to get a burnt orange coloured one to tempt me into hurling myself down the road (apparently that's the colour for brunettes!)

I bloody Hope Not LOL

I made a few changes Grinchy - i started off a Roll Call on the back o' the shirt with me and thee at the top and some dates, god forbid there be any other wearers they can get ironed on transfers (or a big black permanent marker ;-) )

I also could find the exact same font you had but found a suitably cool one - i hope it pleases

Crash a motorsikle, wear the T-shirt at Soho meets, Change your avatar.

Track days don't count, all other crashes do!

Or...

To avoid all of the above, listen to Sid Squids advice and "Don't Crash!"

Thats ok then, I didn't crash, just drop it at 2mph ;)

Manage to clip the curb as I was slowing down after a wobble at a roundabout

I now know how far not to lean a SV :-D

Stu 09-06-08 11:20 PM

Re: Yellow Jersey Holder

OK, much as I'd like to get rid of the T-shirt, I think the rule should be parting company from your bike without leaving it on a stand (trackdays excepted).
