People with Airoh helmets

How do you remove the visor on Airoh helmets? It's an Airoh force way

And does the internal visor come out?

You may get more responses if you ask a section Mod to move this into the helmets section for you.

Theres a little plastic tab on the bit where it lifts up...(joined to the helmet)

And as far as I know, the internal one doesnt come out... well not on ours anyway.

Oh and nice helmet too ;)

Re: People with Airoh helmets

What do you do? If I push on one side of the tab it clicks in, but the visor doesn't seem to come off?

Re: People with Airoh helmets

push the tab in, click and pull to remove.

Ok I can get one side off, but the tab on the other side won't click

Re: People with Airoh helmets

why do you want to take it off anyway?

Re: People with Airoh helmets

Well just out of interest because it will have to come off eventually for cleaning anyway

Ive had mine since january, have done about 5500 miles in it (in all weather) and have never needed to remove the visor to clean it, I only took mine off by accident the first time.

The more you take these things off, the looser they get remember.. ;)

Yeh I guess there's no good reason just now. It was just with my old lid I had to keep putting washing up liquid on the inside to stop it misting up. How is your visor holding up in terms of anti-fog?

+1 on it being a a lovely helmet.
-1 on the fogging. I rode in the rain yesterday at if fogged up at the first lights. It cleared almost all the way when moving but fogged up again every tome I stopped. I think I'm going to fit my fogcity insert at the weekend.

I do now:D

Had a long run today and wasn't all that impressed with it. I get a lot of wind coming under the chin of the helmet and blowing in my face. And the vents whistle even when they are closed :(

Have you fitted the chin piece that came in the box with it?

Yeah it's fitted. Might have to get a helmet skirt like on my last lid
