Dont dislike top gun, but its dated now, extremely cheesy typical macho acting from short stuff and a bit thin on story, trains to fly, friend dies, some migs come over, migs get bashed, cruise gets girl, the end.

and the problem with that is??

and they weren't migs they were actually F-105 starfighters...

Lucky number Slevin...oh yes. Saw Hard Candy earlier this year, brilliant. I'd take the Wanders over Warriors any day...I have it on VHS

I thought the enemy planes were migs, or was that earlier in the film when he gave them the finger (or bird)

if you do the maths, there are 6 migs in the end battle but as they pass between them the numbers quoted add up to 7.:D

Tom Cruise would have needed blocks of wood on the peddles.....great film though.

Seven pounds is one of the worst films i have ever seen, what a waste of my time that was, boring as hell imo
