And why may you ask? Because this morning, at 11am, we arrived at Newcastle, on Berlin's dad's street to be precise, with a bike fully packed out with camping gear and us both giddy about the weekend of racing ahead....


...YC can't remember the number of Berlin's dad's house, so gives Berlin a call...conversation went something like this:

YC: Here, Carl, what number does your dad live at?
Carl: Errrr why?
YC: Cos we're on his street, have you set off yet (meaning to the circuit in Edinburgh)
Carl: Errrr no, why would we...it's in TWO WEEKS TIME!
YC: You are joking...
Carl: Nope (closely followed by many hefty guffaws and namecalling)




So there you have it. Thank goodness the weather was lovely and we could make the most of it (went for a tour of the Yorkshire coast) otherwise I would not have been best pleased! As it was, EVERY time we stopped I couldn't stop giggling and generally poking fun at Chris for being such a NUMPTY :smt120:D:D:D

You can thank me later Scoobs for letting you rest easy knowing someone out there surpassed your "early AR packing", this, as I'm sure you will all agree, wins by a MILE!!!!
