tried the official website but it all seems a little unhelpful and unfinnished. looks like some great racing to be had so can you help me with some remaining dates please.

Not sure where you're based but I'm going to be racing the last 3 rounds with the NGRRC.

Saturday 18th at Oulton Park

Saturday 2nd October at Thruxton Park

Saturday 23rd October at Silverstone.

I'll be number 28 and its my first 3 races doing Minitwins so feel free to come say hello and ask questions.

Bemsee Minitwins have now finished for 2010. As above though other clubs do still have dates remaining.

thanks for all your help people. i saw some mini twins on something last week and thought it looked ace, and the kids will love it.

Checked the programme and Practice starts at 8:30 although the minitwins are the last group to practice.

Also the last qualifying race and last race of the day.

At least most people will have gone home by the time I embarrass myself on track.

They realise we are very civilised in Minitwins and allow us a late rise and easy breakfast before donning out leathers and heading out.

Definitely can get a bit 'busy' in a full pack going round the first corner of any start - not unusual in a regulated stock class - and at times I have seen (this season) a 9 bike at Oulton (oil) and a 8 bike pile up at Brands (Cold tyres) in minitwin races. Not sure if they are any worse than any other series though? Our own tally is 5 major offs this year, one crushed knee joint, one engine rebuild + gearbox, lots of other successful rides, some trophies and great fun. Cracking!
