Both Phil and I rode our's back from North Wales.

(well get some joke about them not being proper dirt bikes now Phil. Still reckon his saddle is more comfy than yours)

Anybody that questions a DRZ isnt a proper off road bike wants to ride it 150-200 miles in one day and see if they can still walk normally after ;)

So our planned dirt bike weekend next year, I wonder how many will ride them there ?

Proper dirt bikes only get used on fields then? Funny, thought yours was road registered, and you just said you rode it everywhere.

I may have stumbled across a dirt bike for sale. the guy says its a proper one too, will have have to wait and see.

Just don't get a 2 stroke, also something that's ok on the road would be an advantage as well IMO because in reality you spend more time on Tarmac than dirt, unless of course you have a trailer ;)

I voted but feel it would be rude to not join in on the MASSIVE derail.

I have a tow-bar on my new van.

I have access to a bike trailer whenever i need it.

I also have a 'real' dirt bike too, not one of them dressed up road machines. I cant ride it to save me life but i still bl**dy try.

The bike will get towed to a play area of choice. I will get cold, wet and properly dutty throughout the day. I will then get changed in the van and tow the bike home in the warmth and comfort...with some tunes. Shoot me. :wink:

Oh and speedplay, welcome back to the southwest? :rolleyes:
