Re: Different Brake caliper
Front or rear?
There is adapator plates to put 4 pot assemblies on the Stock SV front. Decent service on the stock will be as good and a f*** load cheaper! |
Re: Different Brake caliper
Put a Gixer front end on.

Re: Different Brake calipers?
it is posible that the 4 pot of a gsx600f may fit.it looks to me like the 4 pot gsx600f has the same mounting bolt spaceing as those on a bandit 6 mark 1 which has twin pot calipers, the holes on the forks are about 85mm centers, dont no what the spaceing is on a 2009 sv,

Re: Different Brake calipers?
4 Pot Tokito's of GSXR600 K1-K3, 320mm disks with a ZX10R master cylinder feels like your eyes are flying out your head on full brake.

Re: Different Brake calipers?
what about gold line brembo's like i have (rsv front end) they could be fitted i think with a bracket made up
same sort of mount as the sv plus they are wonderful to work with, got to love Teflon coated pistons and anodized callipers http://i357.photobucket.com/albums/o...2/P1040571.jpg PS they are also dishwasher proof tried and tested |
