I apologise if this has been done before but I am old and I forget:(
I am now on my fifth curvy:) 4 yellow ones and 1 black. 3 faired and 2 naked. Just bought a 1999 yellow naked with only 2500 miles on it, been stood a long time but had been serviced and MOT'd. Ist one bought in 2000 not found anything else that suits me better. I have also had other bikes at the same time has the SV's. So far managed to resist a pointy, been tempted a couple of times.

My first SV (and indeed bike) is being delivered tomorrow! Can't wait! She's a black 2008 faired pointy :) Shall try and get a few miles under the belt tomorrow afternoon.

One black pointy which is by far the best one and colour, I dont expect my number of sv's to change tbh especially for a long time.

They overlapped briefly - and were both passed on to the same new home at Roberrrrts

Would I have a curvy? If I could, then I would have a curvy naked and cover it in pointy plastics!

My SV is just awesome in all of it's hideous purple bar loveliness!

I've had 5 curvies
A yellow S which I ran into the ground and then broke it for spares
black S which I part ex'd for a 955i
black naked with USD forks and braced swingarm, sold it
Black S which was a project, sold it to demonz as a track bike
yellow S which I had bigAl respray in green still have it now

2 curvys, and I've still got both.

Been meaning to sell the standard one but can't seem to bring myself to do it at the moment. Not for any emotional reasons - I just couldn't replace it with a bike as good for the money I would get.

1 fully faired black pointy for my first bike and from new

I kept it for 4000 miles then I "needed" more power, better brakes and suspension and better touring capabilities....so I shelled out for what I like to think will do me for a fair few years to come, no regrets with the SMT at all :)
