Think I saw this one on Gumtree, shes a pretty one, quite different to all the others I've seen. Not to my tastes quite I'm a ***** for everything yellow. The Red frame just finishes it so well, why you selling, I'd keep something like that, I'd still have mine if I didn't slide it over a country road not so long back.

gumtree has been contacted to remove, considering i purchased this a month ago (V5 date) proves this, check dvla and u will see the transfer date

So whats happened to your original post and the one linking to the ebay post. If you have nothing to hide why have you got rid of them. I'm not saying you are hiding anything but it seems strange that after the link to the gumtree add got put up you then edited your original post getting rid of it all

have been in touch with gumtree and that malicious postings are now all removed and im none too happy about it.

I am. That bike's a previous write off and the OP knows it.

I'll bet. It got in the way of your plan to double your money by not disclosing the true history of the bike. Not illegal of course - just a c***s trick.

Relisted for £850 starting price..still no mention of cat c though....

He doesnt need to say its a Cat C, but if you ask he has to declare it, its buyer beware thats what HPI checks are for.
