Quite a few, check out the South West Surfers section on the forum, which is the regional forum for your area. This is where meets, rides, etc for that area are arranged. http://forums.sv650.org/forumdisplay.php?f=121

Always good being close to brecon and llandovery:)

Re: S Wales SVs

Totally agree.

The Rhigos mountain over to Brecon up through lower and upper chapel drop down into Builth Wells and then up throgh the Elan valley and across Devils Bridge.

Did it in the Lotus but waiting for the weather to improve for a trip on the bike!

Newport with an SV and Street Triple. I do work around that area and the roads are brilliant in a Vivaro van let alone some 2 wheeled fun. I want to go out on my bike but not got any time off at the minute to go holding on to the end of february.

You can increase your chances of being spotted by the Welsh Rider by using the A470 at odd times of the day.

Other thread. I'm watching the weather with concern, it's meant to start getting very cold and wet tomorrow, Porthcawl might well be miserable*

You're destroying your own legend, of the mystical Welsh Rider who comes down from the Valleys in the wee hours in his white boots astride his deafening steed!

That legend has gone on to become a myth as it'll be a long while before that happens again.

Now I am the mad welsh rider roaming the Norfolk broads in my white boots and on my deafening steed

I used to live and work in llanelli, i owned a little cottage (the only detatched house on the terrace) on Glanmor terrace near the station, i loved that place. Anywho sorry for the derail just wondered if you knew the place.

Many a good road to be found in God's country. I am sure one of the many delinquents on here will organise a meet up in the area so you can meet some of the people off the Org

I've got my bike back now and she's running sweet. I've lived in Swansea since September now and have only ever ridden round Swansea. It's sucking the life out of me knowing what amazing roads are out there round the beacons and what not.

When the weathers nice, shall we organise a blast about somewhere?

I literally wouldn't know where to start though. Any takers?

Yep, I'll def be up for that and know quite a few places to ride out now. There's quite a few Jacks on the Welsh Bikers forum if you wanted to catch up with some other locals too :)
