A standard Gizmo has a single battery tail outlet to connect a single Gizmo only.

An uprated Gizmo has a double battery outlet to connect either another Gizmo (of lower rating), Trickle Charger or Live ACC socket.

The Gizmo for SV's or most Suzuki's has an inline connector (plug and play)

The universal Gizmo is for other manufacturers and has a 'tap in' connector.

I would recommend offering a different connector for curvy which does not power number plate light with ignition, maybe brake light connector instead as I think they might be switched on the negative side but I'd have to check.

Or you could pick up the live from rear brake light connector which is conveniently near the fusebox anyway.

i can do the brake light and i think they are both the same connector but will have to check. i want to make it completely idiot proof to fit.

to run accessory's of your bike which will turn on and off with ignition such as heated grips, clothing, sat nav, accessory socket etc.etc without danger of burning out the main bike harness. or connecting everything to your battery and leaving it live so drains the battery if left on.

More importantly less b*stard annoying cables hanging around everywhere making it a complete swine to reconnect the battery!

Trick with these as well is to not connect them to the battery... connect them to other end of battery +ve on starter solenoid, even less clutter on battery then :)

right lets get one thing straight.. i'm a plonker of the first order :-) yes it's true.

had a word with our lad YC and decided to use a different connector for the coil feed. so this means i don't have to get them from Japan and can get everything i need here in the UK from the usual company i get my electrical stuff from.

now if that was not enough to be a plonker here is the even better part. yes i can't count and going over my figures it's way over what it should be.

now the good bit.. these will fit almost all suzuki's that use the same connector for side lights or rear brake light switch so you can choose where to get the power from :-)

it now does not matter if it's pointy or curvy or GSXR, bandit, vstrom etc.etc it should fit them all.

and yes it will be very idiot proof and like all my goods it comes with 'don't like then refund'.

I could do with one as I am running the sat nav cradle and a 12v socket in the back of the bike both currently straight off the battery, so, have to remember to unplug stuff. This would make it less of an issue to be forgetful

yup exactly the intended use for the gizmo ;)

that's the group buy hit 16 items so everyone qualifies for the max discounted rate. anyone buying 2 or more will only pay the one postage which will be £2.20 up to a KG if i remember.

TBH i never thought anyone would be interested.

Go on then, as your workmanship and service was second to none on the adjusters I'll have one.

As I'm the 17th does that mean mine is free and the rest pay the £14 odd? :D

update:

20 kits worth of parts should be with me for Monday. i will make them up with first come first served basis and post out as i receive payment.

preferred payment will be by Paypal but others can be arranged.

i will update the thread with a finished product hopefully on the Monday/Tuesday night to show everyone exactly what they are getting. if you decide afterwords that you don't like or want the product then this is ok and all you need to do is remove your name from the list.

members have the 4 weeks to add to the list after which i will stop the group buy. after which the units will be full price of £18.65. obviously i will give a few days here and there after the 4 weeks for late comers.

people on the list who would like grace just need to PM me.
