Find a plank of wood. Try it out. Failing that, measure the length, height and width of the bike and do the same for the van's interior space. If the measurements of the bike exceed the measurements of the van, get a bigger van.

Remember to measure the van from the corners.

It doesn't look like it will fit from the picture. But you never know, he may be a time lord.

This document lists the length of the cargo area as 1.739m and the width (between wheels) of 1.226m for a diagonal of 2.12m. Wikipedia lists the length of the R6 as 2.04m. The height of the door is 1.145m and wikipedia lists the height of the R6 as 1.1m.

Theoretically it might fit though you'll only have 4-6cm to play with in any direction which you might find isn't quite enough to actually manoeuvre it in.

I've got a transit connect, standard roof, my lambretta was a tight fit corner to corner, so I doubt a big bike will even come close, they are only about 1200mm in height internally, cos i struggle with boards.

I managed to get my gsx-r in one with a lot of ratchet straps holding the bike in place and the doors open but pulled shut with another strap..

they'll need to be mounted upright otherwise they may lean onto each other/the side of the van? Got a paddock stand? Double check there's space between the rear wheel arches to get the 2nd bike through once the first bike is in place.

Yeah got paddock stands mate and also probably going to strap them to either side of the van aswell to save the chance of them falling over!

Two bikes in a standard transit easy. There's enough room for both to go on the sidestand but when I do it I put the drivers side bike up against the side of the van with a cushion on the bar end and ratchet it against the side plus the front wheel to front bulkhead. I put the passenger side bike on its stand.

That way there's loads of room for my tools ect.

This was how the bike courier did it when delivering the Blade I bought Dan for his birthday. He said it was by far the easiest method.
