Hello mate, welcome! I hear australia is a nice place, my sister spent 9 months last year back-packing her way around and prefered the way of life you guys have to the hectic pace over here!

I also hear that the cops are pretty harsh, is that true?

I'd like to go to aus one day for a month, see MotoGP at philip island and go to a V8 supercars race weekend.

Anyway, good to have you on board! We're all crazy, but only about our bikes.....:compress: :smt119 :geek:

Rolf came over here from Oz to join in with the London music and art scene in the 50's. Kinda liked it and never went back - his bio's interesting - he feels very guilty about throwing himself into his work with such alacrity that he doesn't give his family the attention he feels they deserve.....sorry for the derail.

Sorry it took so long to post, I've been busy.

Ok the questions.

K.. It is not only sunny it's stinking hot and humid, summer is over now it is going to get cooler soon ( hopefully ).

The runt69 Don't worry about it, i don't follow the cricket. I would rather be riding.

Stingo... Rolf Harris??? I thought that he was dead! If i hear "tie my kangaroo down sport" one more time it will drive me insane ( only a short trip but that's not the point :D ).

alpinestarhero... Yeah the cops can be harsh, but it depends on were you are. They are bad in some places but not to bad in others.

Law... Thanks i like it, took me a long time to find one i really liked.

Yeah if you ever get to South East Queensland try Mt Glorious, Mt Mee and Mt Nebo. Watch out for cops on the weekends those roads are really popular with motorcyclists and the coppers know it. There are also some nice roads in the Maroochydore area.

No deal, it was a beautiful day today 28c degrees with a nice cool breeze :smt023 .
Yesterday it was 36c and the day before 38c. It can get REALLY hot sometimes but at least i can ride all year round :D . I would hate to try riding over there during winter .
