Built from a road bike over last winter. The bike was completely stripped to its component parts and the following work completed. Since the build I have done 3 track days on the bike,
Chassis
• New head bearings
• New 520 chain and sprokets
• Swing arm / suspension linkage bearings replaced or re packed
• New wheel bearings front and rear
• Race products rearsets
• Clip-ons with removable bars, renthal grips
• Alloy front and rear subframes
• Adjustable levers (long)
• Shark fin fitted
• Adjustable lock stops

Suspension
• Forks have been rebuilt with 9.5 ktech springs, emulators, preload adjusters (minitwin compliant) and 20w oil plus new seals and shims.
• Nitron R2 rear shock with adjustable ride height.

Brakes
• Fully rebuilt calipers with new seals, pistons and SBS race pads
• Rebuilt master cylinders
• Braided lines
• New genuine Suzuki front discs

Electrics
• Race loom
• Twin spark coils
• Relocated rectifier, battery and ecu.
• Keyless ignition
• ZXR tacho
• ZXR temp gauge
• Rain light

Bodywork
• BBS M1 fairing & Screen
• CBR1000 tail unit
• Race fuel cap

Engine
• Replacement 2016 engine with less than 10k on it
• Carbs fully rebuilt with new diaphragms and dynojet kit
• BMC air filter
• Beawolf end can
• Exhaust headers wrapped near fairing
• New genuine Suzuki clutch plate kit (steels and friction)
• QA throttle (1/5th turn)
• Rebuilt fuel tap
• Lockwired
