Just agreed to purchase a 'curvy 650' I think you call them, its a 1999 T reg with only 1500 miles on but its been dropped and the owner bought most of the bits to repair but lost interest and wants rid. Its been standing for 5 years!

So, a bit of a project to keep me away from the DIY for a few weeks/months.

I'm not sure whether to put it back to reasonable condition and sell it on or the wife might like it (she has a full licence) or put it on the track in the Mini Twins class ( I currently race a CBR600RR5 with North Glos)

So, I may well be posting with a few problems in the technical bit soon......

Oooo 5 years? That'll need the carbs cleaned out then, maybe full of ptrol gum? And want some cranking over with oil

Anyway, welcome! What colour is the SV? Its very important that if you want to be fast, its yellow. The 1999 yellow is the fastest yellow

This is very important, hovis will tell you the importance of yellow aswell

:D

Enjoy your stay!
