Well I've done @700 miles now, and these tyres are great.
I love the feel of them, my old Road Smart 2's felt wooden compared to these.
I already trust these way more, really helping build confidence.
As far as the tyre doing anything I wasn't expecting - nothing to report.
It's handled every situation perfectly so far.
I've really enjoyed the nice weather!! Been blasting instead of bimbling.

Lets hope we have a long summer.
Time will tell on wear. Looking good so far.
If you liked the Road Smarts you'll love these.

Have had the pr4 trails fitted, ~300 miles in and they look to be squaring already. Possibly just the profile of the tyre but will be keeping an eye on it.

Feel great so far though, very confidence inspiring and plenty of feedback too.

Will report back on the wear too.

So far though, well done Michelin!

Matt have you played with any of the suspension settings on the Vstrom?

Yes. Only has preload adjustment but have made it much stiffer to suit my fat ar5e.

What did you say you were trading the Strom in for? I forgot and can't be bothered to look for the thread.

Not 100% but u fancy a 990smt. Depends on insurance an what money I can muster on top of the strom.

Hope you like buying rear tyres. The front one will last the life of the bike though.

HMC are having an open day on the 29th if you fancy trying out the Strom thou.

Have you considered a second trumpet? Or maybe even a GS?? Although insurance and initial outlay may be rather expensive.

I would rather eat **** than own a gs (no offence to GS owners)

Furry muff. Err... Tiger 955i? Cheap to buy and not too horrendous on the insurance.
