Hi can you put Gsxr 600 rims in to my 2003 sv650s is it a straight swap over. I'm looking to save weight on the wheels . Thanks john.

Do you mean wheels, as the wheels are cast and are one piece.

Don't about the front, and if it could be done it would have been done by now?

But my curvy has a gsxr rear wheel conversion, which required the caliper hanger to be machined to aline the caliper over the disc, but other wise a straight fit.

Dont think a front will work, as the spindles are different diameters.

Have a look on Svrider.com, they tend to do more conversions on their bikes.

The front GSXR wheels wont work with out a mod, the discs are different alignment too, the spindle is larger and threaded at both ends, you can slot a GSXR SRAD wheel and forks on with out much effort though.
