its still early and i suppose they have some teething problems but its not good.

the shower facility is like a swimming pool and not very well laid out.

someone fell through their bed as it was cheep and nasty as was the bunks which were not very well put together with missing bolts.

the rest is actually very good.

watch out for the speed bumps :rolleyes:

We stayed there a couple of weeks back Lance and I know what you mean. I'm assuming that like us you were in the bunkhouse type building. The main hostel is apparently much better.
To be fair they have only recently taken it over and the guys there were saying they have a program of renovation under way.
Did you go to the Walled Garden restaurant for dinner?

we were in the main house upstairs. yup it might be ok once they get the teething troubles out the way. thing is if they had spoke to the local blacksmith he could have knocked up some much better beds/bunks that would last a lifetime. think getting staff is a problem more than anything.

yup walled garden is superb and i prefer it to the Inn. bloody heat inside was unbearable though and they could do with turning on the lights lol
