Chrome browser

If you are a Chrome user you will notice that the tab/url area has changed.

If you don't like it type in the following url:

chrome://flags

and scroll down to:

UI Layout for the browser's top chrome

change the setting from Default to Normal which will require Chrome to relaunch, but it then reverts back to what it used to look like yesterday.

It's the video playback that is making me think twice about using chrome. It's so bad, especially on panning shots

Cheers! I was trying to work out why all my favourite bookmarks buttons no longer fitted along the top of the browser and everything was looking a bit rounded and wrong. All back to normal now.

Saw this yesterday, and didn't like it, so I'll go back to the old version.

Cheers

Re: Chrome browser

I use Firefox as my main browser, but need a second for business use to store log-ins as Firefox has my personal log-ins stored. Helps keep things a bit more organised for me.
Chrome seems to display most sites and work better than Safari (on Mac) which is my only other option.

Thanks for this! Kept thinking I was in Edge.

Chrome works fine for me on 2 laptops and a desktop, all running Windows 10 video is fine. Occasionally it fails if the main page has a link to another internal page. At which point I fire up Firefox which is slower but always works.
