Ignore

Is it possible with an SV :?:

would more info help? hmmm... took it to the jet wash earlier, started again to get it home but can't start it now.

also took the rearset off to try and change my gear lever though. Couldn't so put it all back on again... that's when i realised it wouldn't start so I'm not sure what I've donew.

Might have to join the AA.

Yes you can jump start an SV but is that your problem? Is your battery flat or have you got water somewhere it should'nt go?Or have you disturbed some wiring when removing the footrest? There is a cutout switch on the sidestand so I would check the wires into that first.

Handy to know that it CAN be bump started though... for the future.

I vividly remember a sign in the lauderette my ma used to use before we had a wosh mosh, back in the early 70's.

'If all else fails, read the instructions'
