Ride on Thursday

Weather permitting I'm intending to head out on a bit of a recce for one of our BPW rides on Thursday. The aim is to go to Barmouth early for breakfast at about 9am, and then do the Cross Foxes/Aberdyfi/Fairbourne/Barmouth loop.

If anyone wants to come along you'd be very welcome.

If the weather is crap it'll get postponed though.

Weather was crap so the ride got postponed. I still had to use the bike though, for a job I had. It was plastered with crap by the time I got home. :-(

The weather is looking much better next week so I'll see about going then.

Right then, I'm going to try again for this Thursday. Early run out to Barmouth for breakfast, a bit of a ride out from there and back home by early afternoon. Anybody free to join in?

Not sure yet. I'll have a look in the NT handbook. Otherwise it'll be a garden centre probably.

Bike is all ready for a sunny ride tomorrow morning. Chain tension, tyre pressures, oil level and we're all set to go!

Intending to be at Davy Jones for breakfast at around 9.00 - 9.30am if anyone else can make it along.

Cracking ride out this morning with my mate Winston. Breakfast at Davy Jones in Barmouth, then back to the Cross Foxes, Corris, ice cream in Aberdyfi, Tywyn, Fairbourne and back home by 1.30.

This happened just after Dinas Mawddwy.
