GMvi Loch Ness Edition - NEW DATES!
 
GMvi 2013 - Loch Ness Edition

This years GM proposal is at Stravaigers Lodge, in Fort Augustus.

Friday 31st May to Sunday 2nd June 2013

Stravaigers Lodge has 30 rooms in total, split between two buildings. There are 20 twin rooms each sleeping 2 people and 10 bunk rooms.

Please note that the prices shown on the website are unfortunately out of date. Prices shown on both websites are will be increased by £1

Therefore prices for the lodge £18pp per night in a bunk room and £23 pp per night in a twin room.

Please note at present Stravaigers Lodge is not open and are only able to take bookings by email should you want to book now you are welcome to contact Mairead, using STRAVAIGERSLODGE@aol.com (please use GMvi2013 in the title of your email.)

Enormous up vote for this - Fort Augustus and surrounding area is just utterly gorgeous. If any of you soft, southern shandy sniffers ;) are toying with finally making 'that trip up to see Scotland' this is your chance,

Do it, get it booked.

Also, having stayed there before, the hostel/lodge is really nice n clean too.

Great shout Deano - fair chance I'll be ruled out (small matter of ones honeymoon) but have a good un!

Will be in Berlin that weekend at start of a Germany, Czechoslovakia and Austria summer road trip.
Suppose it's one less rolling road block to worry about ;).

Nice.. its the weekend before I go on holiday. :thumleft:

I had resigned myself to the fact that its normally late June and I'd miss this years.
