I have one it's a bit noisy to be honest, but the inner visor is genius.

Thanx for the link ( should use the search facility more often  )

Got the black/silver graphic version - it surely cant be louder than my old shark lid.

Will give it a go ( as it turned up this afternoon )

:D

Have done 150+ miles in it now and it feels very good ( the comfort and the inner visor is v good ) BUT it is noisy, even noisier than my shark lid.

So ear plugs all the time i think - but for what i paid for it, you can`t beat it.

Where is the happy bunny emoticon ?

:D

...To resurrect a fairly old thread....

I bought and used a V2 last year, and the internal visor is excellent.
Looking at the styling, I'm not to sure about the 'pointy' chin look where the front vents are, but each to their own, and price is very good.
The visor itself is very good, clips into place and seals very well.
It served me well, but I was never entirely happy with it. It was very noisy and long fast trips would mean earplugs a-must. And I found my chin would be very close to the front. (I don't have a pointy chin before you ask!)

So, I spent 2 hours in Hein-Gericke last week and tried umpteen lids on.
I plumpted for an Arai Condor, voltage blue paint scheme.
The fit's incredible. So comfy. Only thing I'll miss is internal visor! :(
£250 but a great lid. I'd advise you to spend ages trying and trying some more, to find that lid that suits/feels comfortable and, of course, makes you look the 'dogs b*ll*cks!!' :D

In essence the V2 served me well, is a great, 'budget' lid but I needed comfort and reduced wind noise, which is what the Arai does.

I bought one of these lids otherday and finally got to use it today and i love it all ready. Inner visor is absolutely fantastic especially if you forget your sun glasses, altough don't need them now. My previous lid was a Nitro not great but did its job was crap for lifesavers as vision was blocked but the V2 was great had a wider vision. Have to agree was a little noisey but i like the sound of my bike.

I've had mine for over six months now and love it. The internal visor is perfection and it's a great fit. If only it wasn't so noisy.

Ive just bought one and must say for the money I am impressed. Yes it is noisy but I always were ear plugs on any journey longer than 5 minutes so it doesnt bother me.
