I just had yogurt. but that's cos yesterday I had 3 wisdom teeth out so chewing is a bit of an issue!

Buttered onion bagels with scrambled egg, smoked salmon a little drizzle of lemon juice and some black pepper.
Maple cured bacon sarnie on fresh uncut white bread, with real butter... They are my two favorites but I didn't buy any salmon, so I just had an onion bagel this morning. |
