Gladius top end on SV bottom end?
I've got a 2013 gladius, the big end has gone and I'm replacing rhe engine. The barrels and pistons etc on the old engine are still good. I understand that the Gladius has higher cams and compression than the SV?. Would they fit on an SV, would they be goodfor SV racing?

yes you can play swaparound. as long as the bike ends up with dual plug heads so the electronics are happy. the gladius cams are the most aggressive of the stock cams so they're good for a couple hp. so definitely keep those whichever motor you do (you can put them into the old heads too) Anybody want to update their SV? |
