Your nose. Do what you want. If you fancy it, do it. Like you say, you can always take it out.

Do it! I used to have one and loved it til I had to start wearing glasses (not related to the piercing!)

Funnily enough I've read something on't web about them causing involuntary eye movement!

I've currently got a big fat 0 on my face or in my ears. Used to have an ear pierced twice but they came out and never went back in.
