Do we have a new Crashy McGee?

See, I reckon this counts. But as this is a democracy (until Sid Squid comes along and tells us all how to think, Praise Be His Name) I reckon we should vote on it...

Went into the back of a black cab this morning. I was doing a lifesaver, cabbie had to suddenly brake for a cyclist who had cut him up and I hit the back of the cab at about 10mph. The only damage to the cab was a freshly t-cut paint mark which rubbed off, most of the fairing mounting brackets have either broken or are cracked on my bike though so a bit of plastic welding is on the cards. The fairing is still in place but I'll have to secure it before making the trip home later. Cabbie said he didn't even feel me hit his cab, although he was busy swearing at the cyclist at the time.

He didn't taste tarmac! Not a good enough effort for the T-shirt IMHO!

I agree you must have atleast a bit of "Road Rash"

A poor attempt I'll admit - but a crash nonetheless!

Needs to try harder.

Tough call, but I'd say as there was no damage to the other vehicle, and the bike didn't touch the deck it's not good enough for a T-shirt.

A putrid attempt at gaining the t-shirt & title.

I hope all is mechanically well though Paul? (Well, as well as it was before the brush with the taxi)

Ok, we need to hammer out the qualifying rules and then have a Sticky that the 1st post defines the spec then the subsequent posts are to track the title holder.

This DOESNT count because the bike was kept upright and the cabbie did the motoring equivilent to an "is it in yet?" (which I am sure Bender is used to :P)

So what would count.

Probably easier to list what DOESN'T count.

so it doesnt count if

1) Its on a track on a trackday
2) Speed is < 10mph
3) Rider and bike stay upright

Anyone got more to add?
