hi all, over the past few months i have been modding my gsxr 600 srad, so far it has:

polished wheels with middles painted black

renthals with pazzo like shorty levers,

full akrapovic system with cut down can, kn filter, dyno jet stage 1 set up by pdq in taplow running 14-52 sprockets making 113bhp at wheel

sv 650 k5 rear end, with built in brake/indicator lights, evotech tail tidy,

harris polished rear sets,

just waiting for friday the can get tank ank rear panels painted

Looks much better without that old SRAD tail on it. What colour you going for?

Just out of interest, how did you polish the rims and frame? I might do it for my 7R wheels as the paint has flaked quite a bit on the outer bit.

going for plain black atm till i can afford a proper job on it.

as for polishing just use paint remover and tape off and scrup with dry and wet paper then smooth paper then just elbow grease.... out of stock till further notice.... with auto sol.

The SRAD tail is way too big for an unfaired bike. Looks like a crazy bike Ian!

it defo is a crazy bike and if i cant get the back painted by the 13th then i might just wack the tail on from my other sv ''just to see what it will look like'' rode it for the first time today and had a bit of a chase with a van that i noticed was following me round maidenhead and slough. all weight is forward so no wheelies bhut plently of burnouts lol. only really problems are at traffic lights i can only tip toe and i need a steering damper on it asap cause its a slapper lol
