Been home for a couple of hours, the subaru is still sat on the drive waiting to be unpacked, can't be 4rsed to do it tonight.

Awesome weekend, apologies for crying off early on Saturday night, but I was shattered - mainly down to listening to Quiff snoring all bloody night.

Claire and I got back about 5 before heading straight out to fetch my doggy back home. Good journey except for several cars on the wrong side of the road at various times?

So thanks to all for the superb organisation and a great weekend.

Cheers. :D

841 mile, £171.16 in petrol, dropped off the lovely KrazyKim, she was knackerd, but in one piece, turned round headed home, took my bike boots off when I got in at 11.22hrs.

I hope all the puncture repaired guys didn't have any more problems and it didn't spoil their weekend, on the bright side, a lot more people know how to use those kits now....:)

A long but thoroughly enjoyable weekend, my thanks to all who made it what it was, and that is everyone who was there.

I've close to a thousand pics, but they will have to wait a day or three.......

Cheers Mark

Many thanks to you for showing me how to use the "Sticky String" kit Rictus , and I revelled in the joy at having a go on somebody elses tyre as a practice , has to be better than doing it on the sife of a road in the rain , already got myself some parts lined up on eBay to make my own kit up :)

Re: Home Safe Thread

Finally got to a computer, far too chilled(knackered) to do it last night. and there was a warm bath waiting for me as I got in the door.

We got home somewhere about 6:30ish, (Having to stop for Dave Preston fag brakes). One when the Quiffs rode past us and despite waving of the hands the snobs ignored us, are we not good enough company now the AR is over?

Managed loose a couple and find another between Leominster and Shrewsbury. It would appear that the puncture fix to DavePrestons tyre was holding out well as he waved me goodbye at Leyland with only a few miles for him to go to Preston.

Bloody good AR, excellent location, excellent organisation. The breadman would have been proud to apply his special brand of anarchy to it. Well done everyone involved.

Made it home safe yesterday. Didn't have the energy to type until now! Good weekend and a very pleasant ride home, even though I managed to lose all 3 people I was with somewhere around Hungerford. Sorry folks, there is a plausible explanation and I didn't just bugger off!

Got home sfae and sound yesterday afternoon around 3:30pm. Decided to go home via Marlborough and Salisbury, didn't fancy the M4/A34, great run down. Thanks to everyone once again for the organising of the weekend and the run. A hard act to follow next year.

Thanks to Bear for a great, wiggly, route home.

Thanks to all for a brilliant weekend.

Back safe but only now awake enough to type - thanks Bear - your wiggly bits are awsome!

And to Messie for the ride after that.

Not so happy to get home to 3 piles of cat puke - I think he was cross we didn't take him along with us.

Also back last night, and only just rising to the level of civilisation required to post here... might need another quick nap to actually handle face to face human contact though. Made it to Matts reception at about 9:30 PM in the end.
