Re: Vintage film cameras

That's more rolls of film you went through in an afternoon than I've used since last summer.

Yeah, got a bit snap happy with the Minolta. Even more so with my D5200.

I would say the X700 is fully functional. 50mm f1.7 Agra Vista 200.

Duxford looks good. Nice to see you finally got an X700 that can do the business.

It was a good day, very hot and not ideal for lugging a whole bunch of cameras around. I really should stock with one film one digital!

I'll have to get the OM2 roll from Elvington developed and see what's on that.

I took two rolls to Boots and got one hour dev only. I was too impatient to wait and send it off to Snaps.

Nice pics. Check the linkage for the shutter on the Perkeo, I can't remember the details now but I thought there was something loose or missing when I had it? I told you about it and I've forgotten now, or maybe the linkage has come loose since then anyway.

Even in smallsville Northallerton, I'm lucky enough to have 2 shops which process films in house. I'm waiting until I finish the roll in the OM1.
I was out on a ride today, took a couple more on the XA3; slowly, steadily ....

Johnny, this was the Perkeo from the car boot rather than the one you serviced. Yoko, slow and steady is good. Boot sale again today, got a Minolta XG-E, with a 100-200I'm f5.6 and an Olympus Stylus. Stylus was only £2.https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...daeba77cd2.jpg
