Just watched the forecast and the snow is only supposed to be Kent/ East Sussex today and tomorrow but we have got a few flakes here. Cant ride today anyway, got to paint a bedroom!!

Well the forcast is completely wrong, snow and black ice here this morning, then luvely sunshine all morning but now...............

Bike MOTd.. New bearings top and bottom in the headstock, new fork oil and seals and a big bill, though nothing like Pete and Lissa's.

At least that means I'll be on the rideout (as long as it isnt too cold!).

They didn't need doing for the MOT, but I'd noticed one was leaking just the tiniest bit of oil... For the sake of a couple of seals, I'd much rather have had them done than take any chances.

Yes it is all relative.. I've spent 3/4ths of a months wages making sure vehicles are road worthy, but I get so much pleasure out of the bike that it's worth it in the end.

Who knows, I might not need to MOT it again if things go my way, but if I do, I won't grumble too much because its worth it.

As for snow mobile, **** that. :p
