£689. Add £100 flights and £60 Trackday insurance (compulsary with FE!) and travel ins.

It's not the cheapest but good value nontheless for the 4 days on track/accommodation. 3 days on Almeria is usually just under £500 basic price.

Picked up the new (to me) GSXR1000 K7 for the track day!!! 166hp at the rear wheel, PC3 and custom map, twin Akrapovic and de-cat, Brembo radial m/c, suspension set up and Promach rearsets. I wonder if it will feel different form the CBR600f?? :)

HH - was it for 4 days on track or 3? It actually came to just over £50 in the end. Still a pain.

What track did you do? I've been to Almeria and Cartegena but looking for tips on Jerez!!

4 days it was £30 odd quid, did you go with the FE recommended one?

Been to Almeria 3 times and looking to go somewhere after the new year dunno where yet

Yep, Four Counties.

Did Almeria a few years ago, great track but hotel in Mojacar so bit of a drive. Cartagena was pretty good and near accommodation but was wet when I was there! I'll let you know how Jerez is ;)

Well, I would advise you to definitely consider Jerez. It's a super fast and flowing track and my new favourite!

Jerez sees a bit more rain than Almeria but only had half a day (1st day) and it was still hot. 30c in October isn't bad.

There were a lot of fast riders there and many that seem to spend half their life track day'ing in Spain. Good atmosphere and only a few incidents over 4 days.

The track itself is a typical easy to learn hard to master given its flowing nature, get one corner wrong and the next 2 can be messed up.

The accommodation was 2 minutes drive but not the best . Town was OK.
