As you no doubt noticed I was at a few places on the route and took some photos and video, my apologies for the delay, but not having got back myself until Tuesday morning and having a fair degree of recovery to go threw first, I've only started to look at this now, I'll add to this thread as and when I get things done.

As the weather was pretty grim both the photos and video were fairly dull, so I've brightened up the video a bit and edited a few chunks out where no bikes passed, it required a format chance to upload as well, but it still gives a flavour of the day, three videos one for each location, the first just outside Cray is 6 minutes 12 seconds, the second at Tan Hill is 3 minutes 30 seconds and the third at Appersett Bridge is 3 minutes 43 seconds.

So if you have 13 minutes or so of your live to waste, take a look......;)

Cheers Mark, btw it took me 2 days to recover as well. 2nd time ever riding in heavy rain. Nice.....
Still don't quite understand how you got where you got to and setup in time when you did. Think you tried to explain on Sat night but the ciders had kicked in by then.

believe it or not they are three times lighter than the original.

Couple of days on tramadol, but the knee still isn't working right yet, I can just about hobble to the loo currently, hopefully make Soho tomorrow, but we'll see, 5 days in the knee brace has it's price.

Ask Pete, on Sunday we went over to the manor cafe and I took him on one of the little road I used, even in the dry at more sedate speeds they aren't easy.

yeah I edited out some of the more grim bits especially at Tan Hill, no matter how grim you though it was on the day, you try standing there with no shelter in the pouring rain as your boots and gloves fill up with water.....:(

anyway just uploading the campsite pics of setting up and everyone arriving.

right that's most of them (a few others I'll sort tomorrow), unfortunately water ingress flooded the camera and the lens on Saturday, so I'm a little disappointed with the results (and no doubt a costly repair bill), but at least you got something.

Just helping, tiz easy peasy when you've been uploading pics for a while.

Don't apologise! Its just as easy for me(while I have the mod power that is) to merge your pics together if you aren't quite sure how to do it ;)
