Gixxer front torque settings

I've already trawled through search, but as soon as you stick in GSXR you get a silly number of pages.:confused:

As a fair few folks have done this conversion, and to save me registering on a forum for the dark side, does anyone have the torque settings needed for all the bits on K1 600 front end? I'm in the middle of servicing the forks and want to get it right when I put it back together.

Banging it into a curvey if it makes a difference.

Contact 21Quest I got my torque settings off him but I've deleated the Email he sent me so I can't pass them on to you!!
