handlebar swap

I am struggling with the riding position on my S, so i've got a yoke and bars from an N.
I have the longer clutch cable, but do i need the throttle cables, or is it just a case of re routing them ?
Same goes for the switchgear wiring, is that just a re route for them ?

Re: handlebar swap

I found using my Gilles Vario bars that I needed longer throttle & choke cables. My bars are higher than the S, but lower than the N.

Switch gear was ok

might help if you tell us what year the bike is as the first and second gen bikes are different as regards to S/N such as throttle switchgear.

N top yoke won't fit. Different offsets. You also need the lower triple.

The one i have looks identical - apart from the risers, and it's silver and not black...

Good stuff.
Did you need to change out front brake lines for longer too?

Why have you drilled an N top yoke that already has risers...to fit risers? Am I missing something? Do you mean you drilled an S top yoke?
