I'll be heading for a FOT in Aylesbury at 11. Could swing by the cafe for 10, though it'd mean dragging my sorry **** out of bed a bit earlier than intended.

I'll definitely swing by that way at some point tomorrow though. Anniversary this week, isn't it?

Me, Spriggy and about 10 others are going to the H cafe with the bike meet tomorrow. We're leaving Tetbury around 10.30 so if you are around and want to meet up we'll be there from about 12 I'd imagine...

If you give me nearer a full day's notice then yes. Oddly I don't get up extra early on Sunday's to check for late evening posts the night before... :)

I didn't quite get that far in the end. A mate was out road-testing his bike for the TT and the link pipe magically ripped itself off halfway up the tingewick bypass. So we went back to his place to take the rest of the bike apart.

Lovely day for it.

no idea what a link pipe is but sounds like a bit of a job! better here than at the tt eh..

I was there for a cuppa at about 11:45. Had a stroll and admired the MVs before heading off the long way home.

Next time I go I will keep moving. For some reason decrepit old geezers keep striking up conversations with me about the bikes they used to own and friends they knew who are now dead. Why do they always chat to me? Why do I make the mistake of sitting on the benches to finish my tea? I'll pretend to be on the phone next time!

If we could all be a smidge more organised next time we might actually be able to meet up.

The bit of the exhaust between the collector (where the pipes from the cylinders meet) and the silencer.

And yeah, rather a dual carriageway in Buckinghamshire than the bottom of Bray Hill.
