The AR Lunge!

I for one am hoping we do one as I have never participated in one of these rituals :rolleyes: I'm told I am missing out!

Will there be a photo opportunity for us all to get the biggest lunge in history to make Mr Ritchie smile :) [-o<

I was a lunge virgin on NW3, the first time (I think it was you Lou) someone shouted lunge everyone started running round like loonies......I thought "What you silly people doing". By the end of the weekend we were all lunging about. Was great.

As for co-ordination, make sure everyone lunges in a nice long line. This also enable you to take the opportunity to do what I did on Welsh Way Round and push one person and watch them fall flat on their bums. hehe. lol
