sv650 radiator

hi will a 2000 rad fit a 2007 bike as the mounts look the same and has the same amout of ports but the tep sensor is above the pip on the older model and not under as is on the newer model will this be a problem ?

or will a sv1000 rad work ?

thanks

PS im dan :D curently have a 2006 mt-03 fighter but looking at a 2007 sv but it has a damaged radiator then will be doing that up

btw im 17 but find the mt to be to small and to lumpy for my liking

I think you need to modify/make new brackets to make it fit mate. Speak to delkevic as I have heard that they are making pattern radiators for a hell of a lot less than OE Suzuki ones.

i think the 2000 bikes radiators are not as wide as the pointys, well the radiator grills certainly give me that impression...

Re: sv650 radiator

ok cheers the ony problem is they make one for the tl,sv(curvey),sv1000 but not the 650 :/

i can pick a oem one up for £260 but that still a lot of money what price do you think i could get them to make me one for ? £150ish?

EDIT yup the curvey rads are thiner i know that my mum had one but looking at the way it mounts its exactly the same i supose i could order one and if it dosent fit then just send it back
