Pilot Power or Pilot Road?

Hey,

I was out on a great ride last night on the Sv to get home and find a nice nail in the rear tyre. I had been looking at changing the rear anyway as the original didnt give me much confidence! I am in between either the Pilot Powers or the Pilot Road??? Can anyone help out as to which is better for the unfaired? I think i would be looking for grip as one of the main factors. If these tyres are no good can anyone recommend what they think could suit me best please?

Many Thanks
Mark

Glasgow, cold me thinking. I'd say the pilot rroad unless you're gonna be doing some track days or ride like a loon.

Thanks

The Pilot Powers will handle better and wear out twice as fast as the Pilot Roads. You could use the Pilot Powers on track days.

The Pilot Roads will handle better than the stock D220's. They are excellent in the rain and will last about 8,500 miles if proper tyre pressure is maintained and checked regularly.

Cheerio!
