Buying a bike on foreign licence plates

A friend is selling his ZXR400 but it has Greek Licence plates

If I wanted to buy it how would I go about making sure it's under my name?

No idea about the Greek side of things. For UK registration, you need http://www.direct.gov.uk/Motoring/Bu...583&chk=fvejyg

Are you sure you want a left-hand-drive vehicle on UK roads?

To be honest, im sure you could get a similar bike in the uk for about the same as its going to cost you to imprt it! Might be worth thinking about!!
