Spark plug problem!
 

Took me bike to a friends house tonight to work on getting the bike firing up properly as water got into the spark plug again.

Got the spark plug out - cleaned up and back in, was misfiring and idling quite high.

Took the sparker back out and tested it, had an orange spark - the other one in the rear cylinder had a purple spark.

Time to renew the plugs?

Also - im not too sure if my radiator is leaking or not, as water seems to come out when i touch over the fins.

Found the reason why gear shifting is so hard, the shaft and gear lever itself is bone dry and extremely hard to move now - will clean and lubricate tomorrow.

Need as much help as possible on this one - im not too sure if i managed to muck up my bike!

Id change the plugs after drowning it like that.Was it covered in rusty crud when it came out?Then smear some waterproof grease around the rubber bung to seal the plug well from further drowning.

Like biker biggles says about the sparkers... Always worth doing as it is cheap.

The radiator I dont think so, if you have rode through a lot of water then the fins will hold onto it for you. Have the dropped it? Very unlikely to break on its own accord tbh.

Nice tip I'll smear some high temp grease round my front plug.
