Bar end size for Renthal bars?

Does anybody know off hand what size bar ends are needed for the Renthal Low bars that the Topyokes kit uses? Am I remembering right that someone mentioned they're not the same size as I currently have on my stock clip-ons on my K8 SV650s?

Also, does anyone have any particular recommendations for good decent weighted quality bar ends?
