Recommend a good car mechanic

Now I have also moved into the car world, could someone be kind enough to recommend a good garage (Near Islington), I need someone I can trust for some advice, even a mobile guy would do as I need something looked over.
The last lot I went to were poo and they were meant to be a fiat based company:smt044
