please tell me thas not from a UK owner lol. would of thought they would have tidied up the forks as well!

although not to my tastes looks like a good/professional paint-job

IIRC that's a Colin Edwards WSB replica sprayjob - so + points for it being on a Honda but - points for it not being on a Honda SP1 / 2

Agreed the forks do look a bit nasty as they probably haven't had any attention in the bikes 30k miles.
